A
Married Couple from London:
"We had a great time in Ecuador, thanks to all those who
organized everything so well. The visit to, meal, and tour of
Bethel were one of the many, many highlights. All the hotels
were excellent. We were especially impressed with Cuenca! Lovely
company! Many, many thanks." |
A Sister Who
Took A Europe 'Classic' Tour:
It was the best vacation I have ever taken. Our wonderful hosts
took care of us from start to finish. Each day just got better
and better. Rocky kept saying "You ain't seen nothing yet"
and it's hard to believe, but he was right! Each day was more
spectacular than the day before. Being with the friends on
vacation is the best of both worlds. Your traveling, seeing
exciting places and visiting bethel branches that help build
faith in the unity of the worldwide brotherhood. With no
exaggeration it was truly the trip of a lifetime!!! Thank you
from the bottom of my heart. |
A Brother
Recounts the Experience of their Bus Driver:
For the first 2 branch tours he just waited around for us and
talked with other drivers. However, when we reached Canada, he
came in with us. he was pleasantly surprised at how not only are
the witnesses on the bus nice but the ones at the branch are
too. at the end of the tour he asked for literature in his
language (Spanish) and the BCT tour guide explained to him how
he can send the request on the back of the magazine for a free
home bible study in his language. he had a smile from ear to ear
when he heard that. |
A Single
Sister:
"What a wonderful time!!! I met two sisters at my departure
airport who spotted my ticket page and knew we were headed for
the same place. Had a roommate I'd never met before, who was
also a bit concerned about her roommate and we had a great time
together. I'm too old for Bethel service but appreciate all the
fine work the brothers and sisters in Bethels do in serving
Jehovah. I now have many more brothers and sisters to share the
memories of our tour with. Our tour guide was a delight and so
informative. Absolutely MUST do this again!!!" |
A
Single Sister:
"Unforgettable, wonderful, the best trips I ever had in my
whole life and I will do this again sometime." |
|
A Married Couple:
"Our trip to the Dominican Republic was one of the best we've
ever taken! It was like going on a cruise, except we were on
land! Everything was included, from meeting us at the airport to
a comfortable Bed & Breakfast in a great location to all of our
activities & meals. Every day after the activities, we were able
to take a romantic stroll by the water just a couple of blocks
from the bed & breakfast. It was quite a wonderful vacation!
Having the itinerary set up & paid for in advance for our 8-Day
All Inclusive worked very well, especially because we were in a
country where we did not know the language. Thanks so much for a
job well done! I would definitely recommend this trip to
others!" |
A Brother
recounts the experiences of an 11 year old girl and her faithful
grandmother.
Grandma brought her grand-daughter on the tour hoping Jehovah
would become more real to her. it worked thanks to a brother at
Patterson who make us think as he described different bible
scenes that are so nicely displayed as paintings in the
societies buildings. by our brother taking personal interest in
our young sister, it brought her to a whole new level in her
relationship with Jehovah. she was so encouraged that her and
her grandma stayed that night discussing spiritual goals this
grand-daughter wanted to fulfill when she got home. |
|
83 year old
sister:
"Hey! The bus ride is not near as bad as I thought it would be.
I really like the hand rails for getting on and off the bus." |
|
Sister:
"This trip has truly been the very best thing for me. It has
made me appreciate all the wonderful spiritual food that Jehovah
provides for us. I only wish more of the brothers and sisters
would seize the opportunity to visit Bethel. It is truly a
precious privilege." |
|
Elderly Sister:
"Never in my wildest dreams did I ever think I'd see New York
City and Bethel. Much less Niagara Falls and Canadian Bethel
also...and I'm not complaining about any u-turns." |
|
Widowed Sister
With Three Sons:
"Thanks for giving us as a family a chance to see a touch of the
new order. I'm not much on words, but my heart is full of
gratitude." |
|
Middle Aged
Sister:
"My appreciation for what Jehovah's Organization does has truly
heightened. This trips truly helps ones to become Bethelites." |
|
Teenage Sister:
"I can't begin to tell you how much I enjoyed this trip. I can't
wait to do it again. Traveling with the different friends from
other areas and getting to know them was a real treat. Even your
corny jokes were fun. Thank you for everything!" |
|
Newly Baptized
Brother:
"After literally seeing the love and unity of the brothers at
Bethel I will never stop thanking Jehovah for the privilege of
being a part of his beautiful earthly organization." |
|
Spiritual Widow:
"I felt so welcome everywhere we went. I especially loved the
way the Tour Guides gave my children so much attention. They
treated all of us as if we were special." |
|
Teenage Brother:
"I have always had Bethel service as a goal for when I graduate.
Now that I have seen with my own eyes how happy the Bethel
brothers and sisters are, I know without a doubt that is where I
want to be. I am going to talk with the elders in my
congregation as soon as I get back home and see if I can put my
application in now." |
|
Almost everyone:
"Once home I forgot the long bus ride, but I will never forget
the friends and the encouragement I received from the trip. It
was well worth what little discomfort I experienced on the bus." |
