As customer service is very important to BCT, we've listed below the various ways you can contact us. Contacting us by email gives us the opportunity to research your questions and provide detailed answers and support.

Your request will then be forwarded to the appropriate BCT representative for a prompt reply. We are available to answer your emails six days a week.

To speak to a representative, please call BCT at 575-434-3944 Monday through Friday from 11am to 4pm Mountain Time. If someone is not available to answer your call, please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible. If you need to speak to a specific agent, please mention that in your message.
